Exams are done by appointment only.  Appointments cancelled with 24 hours notice will be billed at regular fee schedules. 

Examinations take approximately 60 - 90 minutes, depending on whether a dilated exam is performed.  Please advise staff if special scheduling needs are required.  Fill out the form below to email a request for an appointment time!
